Central Plaza’s Walking Challenge

Get your Spring off on the right foot! We are holding a walking challenge! Get your team, sign up, and walk your way to prizes!!

Dates: March 1-31, 2022

Sign up: Comment your 80’s themed team name along with the names of your team members on The Young & The Rest of Us post facebook.com/CentralPlazaLawton/

Central Plaza Walking Challenge Information:

Pick your team! (2-6 people per team)
Each Friday of the month, dress in your favorite 80’s active wear, take a picture in front of The Young & The Rest of Us window painting inside of Central Plaza, and post your pics to Facebook and Instagram. Make sure to tag us for a chance to win a team gift. Be sure to use #CentralPlazaWalkingChallenge on all photos
Drop off your 31 day step totals to the mall management office (inside of the south entrance) at the end of the month. All totals must be received by April 1st at 5 pm to be eligible!

How to win prizes:

Get creative with your 80’s themed team name! All team names will be put on our Facebook page for the community to vote for their favorite!! The team with the best name wins a prize!
Team with the most steps at the end of the month wins a team gift!

Step Goals:

Days 1-7: 5,000-7,500 steps daily or more
Days 8-14: 5,500-8,000 steps daily or more
Days 15-22: 6,000-9,000 steps daily or more
Days 23-30: 6,500-10,000 steps daily or more

What You’ll Need:
To take advantage of this challenge you’ll need to be able to count the number of steps you take each day. Be sure to check out JCPenney for your new fitness tracker watch!
